As part of PVAO’s precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, the following shall be strictly observed:

All validations (including lifting and resumption of pension due to non-validation) shall be on a no-contact basis; hence, personal appearance is not necessary and highly discouraged. For the time being, we encourage our clients to utilize our online platforms and be validated through the following mechanisms available.

 

a.) ONLINE INTERVIEW

Pensioners may send us an email at <skype.vrmd@pvao.gov.ph> and follow the steps below.

1. Kindly click the link and accomplish the Google form that will be sent on our reply email

2. Attach the following requirements:

• 2 valid government IDs (PVAO ID, AFP/PNP ID, Passport etc)

• Affidavit of Surviving Spouse (to be sent to your email and to be accomplished by surviving spouse pensioners only)

• Screenshot of the account of your preferred application (Skype, FB Messenger, Viber Number, Zoom email account, Google Meet email account)

 

b.) CONTACTLESS UPDATING

 Pensioners who are not capable / unable to use Skype, Messenger, Viber, Zoom or Google Meet, but with online / internet connection, may send it to our email address <records.service@pvao.gov.ph>, and follow the steps below.

1. Kindly click the link and accomplish the Google form that will be sent on our reply email.

2. Attach the following requirements:

• 2 valid government IDs (PVAO ID, AFP/PNP ID, Passport etc)

• Snapshot/Picture of pensioner holding the front page of latest issue of Newspaper (date of newspaper must be readable) or holding a calendar wherein the current date is ENCIRCLED

• Affidavit of Surviving Spouse (to be sent to your email and to be accomplished by surviving spouse pensioners only)

 

 c.) PENSIONER’S UPDATE FORM

Pensioners Update Form is available and can be downloaded at our official website <pvao.gov.ph> under downloadable forms. Send the duly accomplished forms, together with the requirements attached, through mail addressed to VRMD. A digital copy or clear screenshot may also be sent via email at records.service@pvao.gov.ph
