As part of the PVAO’s precautionary measure to prevent the spread of emerging infectious diseases, all pension validation (including lifting and resumption of pension due to non-validation) shall be on a no-contact basis. We encourage our clients to use our online platforms and be validated through the following:

 

OPTION I.    FOR PENSIONERS WHO PREFER TO BE INTERVIEWED ONLINE.

 

1. Send us an email at <skype.vrmd@pvao.gov.ph>. Indicate in the subject: FOR ONLINE INTERVIEW

2. PVAO will send an email response. Click the link and accomplish the questionnaire

3. Attach the following requirements:

• Clear photo/screenshots of any 2 valid government IDs (PVAO ID, AFP/PNP ID, Passport, etc.)

• Affidavit of Surviving Spouse (to be sent on your email and to be accomplished by the surviving spouse only).

• Screenshot of your account of preferred videoconferencing application (i.e. Skype, FB Messenger, Viber (mobile number), Zoom (email account), or Google Meet (email account).

 

OPTION II. FOR PENSIONERS WHO ARE NOT ADEPT AT USING A VIDEOCONFERENCING APPLICATION, BUT HAS AN INTERNET CONNECTION:

 

1. Send us an email at records.service@pvao.gov.ph. Indicate in the subject: FOR PVAO VALIDATION

2. PVAO will send an email response. Click the link and accomplish the questionnaire

3. Attach the following requirements:

• Clear photo/screenshots of any 2 valid government IDs (PVAO ID, AFP/PNP ID, Passport, etc.)

• Clear snapshot/photo of the pensioner holding a current newspaper with the headline and date of publication prominently displayed, or photo of the pensioner with the background of the news crawler or ticker on TV showing the current headline and date.

• Affidavit of Surviving Spouse (to be sent on your email and to be accomplished by the surviving spouse only).

 

If the PVAO Pensioner is also receiving a pension at AFP PGMC and was already updated for the current year, there is no need for them to update their pension in our office.
